The old schweppes building at 65 – 67 Foveaux Street will be fully refurbished internally and totally restored externally. The works to the façade will make the building unique and the upgrade to the lobby shall be very contemporary. Services throughout the building shall be completely renewed.

A summary of the enclosed works is set out below:-

General
Existing façade to be stripped of paint and brought back to the original brickwork. The brickwork shall be re-pointed and acid washed. The shop fronts shall be replace with steel framed glass. Lift
Brand new 2 door passenger lift servicing all commercial floors shall be installed

Air-conditioning
Wall Mounted Split reverse cycle air-conditioning system. The condenser units shall be located on the roof top to ensure no acoustic issues.
